*Numerous Freedom of Information Act requests were filed by CAIR-MI to various entities of the multi-jurisdictional law enforcement task force (FBI, MI State Police, Wayne Country Sheriff, Dearborn Police & Detroit Police), who were involved in the series of raids on the day of Abdullah’s demise.  All requests including requests for video surveillance footage in the warehouse were denied.  AG Cox’s office has also denied FOIA’s.

The only FOIA’s granted (not to CAIR-MI) were from ACLU-MI to Dearborn confirming that emergency medical assistance was not called after Abdullah’s shooting and to FOX 2 news regarding the necropsy report of the FBI canine, which did not show what caliber bullet killed the canine.
